From the wheatbelt to the Mid-West, up through the Gascoyne and onto the Ningaloo coast — 3 to 11 October 2026. A route built around the towns and farming communities we're driving for.
3 to 11 October 2026, Perth Hills to Exmouth Gulf via the Wheatbelt, Mid-West, Murchison and Gascoyne. Final daily distances, host shires and community events to be confirmed in the participant page closer to the drive.
The convoy works best when everyone is set up to look after themselves and lend a hand if needed. Make sure you know your cruiser, its capabilities and you are prepared with basic spares and pre trip maintenance done.
Tent, swag, or rooftop tent. To keep the convoy flowing and looking the part we will be limiting caravans and big campers where possible.
Spare tyre(s), basic spares for your rig, recovery gear, UHF, jerry cans for the longer legs. Mechanical support travels with the convoy but expect to do basic roadside repairs yourself.
Bring cash for raffles and auctions to be held along the way. The pub money, the bakery money, the lunch-fundraiser money — that's part of the impact.
Self explanatory. Clothes, first aid, medication, hats, shoes, towel, toiletries, water, snacks etc.
